01. Business verbal communication
This is a 30h module. You need to be at least on level B1 to attend. We will focus on general business topics and language functions such as:
- Talking about your job
- Talking shop (small talk about work)
- Describing company performance
- Expressing your opinions in business meetings
- Asking for information
- Networking
- Telling stories and anecdotes
- Discussions and arguments
02. English for finance and insurance
This is a 20h module. You should be at B1.5 level to benefit the most from this course. We will focus on language and skills necessary to communicate within the financial and insurance domains. Sample topics include:
- Industries and companies
- Accounting and financial statements
- Financial markets
- Numbers and simple maths
- Trends, graphs and figures
- Insurance process
- Handling claims
03. English for customer service
This is a 10h module. The entry level is B1, but A2.5 should be sufficient too. This module concentrates around language skills necessary to serve customers effectively and professionally. Sample topics include:

04. English for e-marketing, sales and e-commerce
This is a 20h module. You should be at B1.5 level to benefit the most from this course. The goal of this module is to enable the course participants to improve the range of advanced professional terms and useful expressions in order to perform their jobs in the areas of marketing, sales and commerce.
